[...] ‘Travel therapy’ simply means using travel as a way to help alleviate a problem or situation in your life. For example: Are you just getting over a break up? Travel… out of sight out, of mind. Feeling the need to break out of your box and shake your life up a bit? Be fearless and take an adventurous trip. Are you in dire need of some rest and relaxation to calm the stress that’s been building up inside? Go on a vacation, even a short one. [...]

The great thing about mini-breaks is the break from routine, the release from the life we create for ourselves. But it really only works if we turn off the the phone and the computer for a bit also, in my opinion :) I don't always do that myself...

Just stumbled acros your site. Completely agree with taking mini-breaks and not planning too much! Made that mistake before... felt more tired when I got back to work than relaxed!

And also "on holiday" - nothing quaint about that for us English - that's what it is lol! Anyway enough about that, love the design of your site and as Mr Schwarzeneger says - I'll be back!
